LO2 Merit criteria

The show we have created is fit for purpose because it follows the conventions of a soap opera. I feel the target audience would want to watch the show as it has relatable themes and characters. I also feel that the show would fit the proposed scheduling time of 9pm because this is around the time that our target audience will be watching television. Also many other soap operas are aired in the evening. The show also fits the narrative theme because the character are talking about relationships and going out together. This fits the themes of a teenage soap oprea.
